Every Pleasure Playroom order is shipped with complete discretion. All packages are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No brand name, product description, or identifying information appears on the exterior of any shipment.

Complete discretion, guaranteed. Your privacy is our first consideration — from the design studio to your front door.

Custom / Made-to-Order4–12 weeks depending on specifications — confirmed at time of order
Weekend OrdersOrders placed Friday–Sunday begin processing the following Monday

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard domestic shipping rates apply at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $250
  • Expedited 2–3 day shipping available at checkout (additional cost)
  • Overnight shipping available on select in-stock items by request
  • White-glove delivery and installation available for Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas — contact us for pricing

Large & Specialty Items

Furniture, bondage equipment, poles, and other large specialty items require freight or white-glove delivery:

  • Freight shipping is quoted individually — you will be contacted before shipment for approval
  • White-glove delivery includes inside delivery, room placement, and debris removal
  • Local Charlotte, NC delivery is available for qualifying large items — contact hello@pleasureplayroom.com

Nationwide & Virtual Design Clients

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available for shop orders. Virtual design clients receiving digital deliverables receive all files via our secure client portal — no physical shipment required.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and outer packaging
  • Description of the damage

Email hello@pleasureplayroom.com with subject line: Damaged Shipment – Order #[number]. We will work with you promptly for a resolution including replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
