Custom playroom design projects are billed in structured installments to protect both our clients and our team:
Due at project commencement — secures your slot and begins the design process
Due when you approve the full design concept — before any procurement begins
Due prior to installation — your final payment before the space is brought to life
All design invoices are issued via our secure client portal. Payment links are valid for 72 hours. Contact hello@pleasureplayroom.com if you require an extension or alternative arrangement.
All shop orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your card is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card details on our servers.

All transactions on pleasureplayroom.com are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We take your financial privacy as seriously as we take your design privacy — your payment information is never shared with third parties beyond your payment processor.
