Payment Information

Pleasure Playroom accepts the following forms of payment for both shop purchases and design service retainers:

• All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• ACH bank transfer (available for design retainers and invoices over $1,000)
• PayPal and PayPal Pay Later
• Shop Pay / Shopify installments (select items)
• Cash or check accepted for local Charlotte, NC design consultations by prior arrangement

Custom playroom design projects are billed in structured installments to protect both our clients and our team:

All shop orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your card is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card details on our servers.

For ACH payments, please note:

• ACH transactions are not eligible for refunds once processing has begun — all ACH sales are final
• ACH payments typically clear within 3–5 business days
• Wire transfer instructions are provided on request for orders over $5,000

All transactions on pleasureplayroom.com are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We take your financial privacy as seriously as we take your design privacy — your payment information is never shared with third parties beyond your payment processor.
