Pleasure Playroom, pieces are curated to elevate your experience, whether it’s a statement chaise, custom artwork, or specialty equipment. Because many of our items are intimate, custom, or specialty-use, our return policy is structured to ensure quality, safety, and discretion for every client.
Overview
We accept returns on eligible items only within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, not all items qualify for return.
Our policies are designed based on:
- Industry standards for specialty furniture and intimate-use products
- Customer expectations seen across platforms like Amazon and TikTok
- Safety, hygiene, and product integrity best practices
Eligible Items for Return
The following items may be eligible for return:
- Decorative artwork (unused, undamaged)
- Non-intimate furniture (select chaise lounges, seating)
- Uninstalled décor items
Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Dance poles (installed or opened)
- Saint Andrew’s Cross / bondage furniture
- Custom-built or made-to-order items
- Installed products of any kind
- Clearance or sale items
- Any item used in an intimate setting
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of the manufacturers and their products.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will assess for replacement, repair, or refund
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Except for ACH Payments. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Large items (like furniture) may require white-glove return coordination
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and specialty sourcing, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours:
- Orders may already be in processing or production
- Cancellation may not be guaranteed
Custom & Design Orders
All custom items and design-related purchases are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Custom furniture
- Personalized installations
- Specialty sourcing requests
Local & Charlotte, NC Clients
Clients located in Charlotte and surrounding areas may qualify for:
- Local delivery coordination
- In-person inspections prior to final acceptance (by request)
